Tara Lucke is an estate planning lawyer turned educator, dedicated to helping fellow lawyers elevate their estate planning practice.

After honing her expertise at McCullough Robertson, Tara became a pioneer in the early online estate planning law firms, playing a key role in e-lawyer and as a founding partner of View Legal.

In 2018, she created The Art of Estate Planning, providing white-labelled precedents, technical education, strategy support, and mentoring to lawyers across Australia.

Tara is on a mission to empower lawyers to thrive in their estate planning law firms, helping them to create financial abundance and to free up their time for the things that they love.

When she’s not deep in testamentary trust precedents, you’ll find Tara playing with her two young sons at the beach or skatepark.
